1. Register as a vendor, wait for approval and login
2. Go to settings and set up your store, shop name, address, active email etc, if it hasn't been done.
3. Add a shop Logo
4. Set up withdrawal account and include social media angles.

Now you are ready to upload your product.

Note: Product must be in a white background and clear to attract views and sales.

1. On left side of vendor dashboard, Click product
2. Click create
3. Name of product or service
4. Description about your products. List the specification and what buyer should expect.
5. Upload images(in white back ground, clear and HD)
6. SKU- add sku or leave it
7. Add your price, If running sales fix it in. 
8. If sales has date, choose it.
9. With store management(if you have quantity to sell tick the box and add the quantity)
10. Stock status(in stock or out of stock)
11. THIS IS IMPORTANT WEIGHT IN GRAMS. Add minimum of 1(1g) even if you don't know the weight of your goods. If you do know it, please add it example 1kg is 1000g. This determines your shipping class.
12. Leave or add the length, width and height.
13. Related products you have(choose if any) 
14. cross-selling choose your products you wish to sell along with the listed product(if any)
15. FAQ- Frequently Asked Questions about the products and deliveries
16. Set up SEO if you want. This is how it will appear on google search
17. Very important- Choose product categories. Choose as many as are related to your product.
18. BRAND- Choose if your brand is listed(contact admin to have it listed)
19. Choose Product collections or leave it
20. Tags- these are very important for product search. Write and tags followed by comma(,) to separate it.
21. CLICK SAVE AND EDIT (wait for admin product approval email)

You can sell digital products on the marketplace

Post your service offer or digital products as a product following the guideline on how to post digital product.

while service can be posted as a physical product but offer the cutomer free delivery since it is a service.

If you have external link like google drive, whatsapp group, telegram channel or group, remember to add the links.

You can list any  physical product and service not stolen, encumbered or against the law that you have license to sell. 

Shipping methods are determined by the vendor and shall be communicated through order shipment update once your order is placed successfully.

International shipment depends on the Vendor. Send us a mail for further enquirie

Generally, delivery should take within 1-7 workdays for vendors within your country, 7-21days for international deliveries. The seller/vendor delivers your orders through their preferred mode of delivery and are in a better position to tell you this. Update on the delivery days will be updated on your order page.

In order to make transactions seamless, We accept direct bank transfer and credit/debit card payments using secured payment gateways such as Paystack, Skrill etc and their available mode of payments.

Yes, with AFRIDORA , buying online is 100% safe because the buyer is in charge of the transaction. Our Payment systems are well secured to ensure you can have seamless transactions.

As a vendor, once you have delivered and the buyer confirms delivery, you get paid within 24 work hrs to your wallet.

Let your buyer go to his or her dashboard to click the confirm delivery button so that you can get paid

Follow up with your buyer to leave you a review that you have delivered.

Once we confirm delivery with buyer or buyer confirms delivery with a click, payment will be released to your wallet instantly

Go to your dashboard and request withdrawal to your bank account.

Once you order and pay, the vendor is expected to prepare your shipment and deliver within 1-5days depending on your location and maximum of 14days.

The payment is held with Afridora until vendor delivers and you confirm delivery before a vendor is paid.

Please register by clicking the registration page. It takes less than 2 minutes to register. 

Proceed to search for the product or visit the vendor's store if you have the store link.

Add to cart and continue to checkout. 

Place your order and pay.

Await the order confirmation.

Order can not be canceled once paid for because the vendor is in charge of shipping and has begun shipping arrangements. Please ensure you are ready to buy as this platform is for online small business vendors. However, at the seller's discretion, you should be able to change the order with a product of the same value or higher value without canceling the one placed. Please discuss with the seller . Maybe the vendor/seller can create another product link to balance the amount remaining or  

Yes, this is because you need to confirm delivery before payment is released to vendor
