Mix a little powder with the oil to exfoliate the spot massage it for 5minute and leave overnight. Next day after bathing wash off and follow with the herb gro oil. Do this every weekend and over night
Apply the herb gro oil morning and night. Massage it very gently for 5minutes to affected area after bathing.
